Clothing is in customer-return condition, with many items still with tags. The majority are packed in poly-bags, either flat-folded or on hangers.

Clothing is dressier/fancier in style - fewer pieces of casual clothing in these loads.
Items returned to the retailer by the consumer. Items are not brand new and are in varying conditions.
